In The Black Hyperion Guide — All Variants, Loadouts & Tactics
Heavy weapons platform. Two-crew hull. Slow, armored, and capable of one-shotting any light fighter.
Overview
The Hyperion is the flying gun battery of In The Black. Designed around two-seat operation (one pilot, one weapons officer), the Hyperion brings hard-mount weapons no other fighter can carry: dual heavy railguns, capital-class missiles, and enough reactor budget to sustain plasma cannons. The Mk 3 and Mk 4 are the BloodSport anchor picks — slow, deliberate, and devastating.

How to fly the Hyperion
The Hyperion is not a starter hull. You should already be comfortable with cold-thrust drifting and target velocity matching before bringing this frame into BloodSport. Train in Simulator with flight assist OFF for at least an hour first.
